Wine made without any intervention, spontaneous fermentation – wild yeasts, no sulfur added, no filtered. Four weeks maceration.Deep ruby-red colour with violet tones. The complex fruity aromas of red berries and fruit jams are combined with blackberries and roasted coffee beans. It has a perfectly balanced, full-bodied flavour with excellent structure and profound long-lasting fruit.
