Ohrid Pearl – Natural / Semillon

Wine made without any intervention, spontaneous fermentation – wild yeasts, no sulfur added, no filtered. Two weeks maceration.

Dry white wine with golden-yellow colour. It carries the scents lemon and apple blossoms. Citrus flavors of lemon, lemon zest, apple and grapefruit. Average body and accented freshness of lemonade.
